Mr. Babka has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since joining the company in April 2004, and led NeuStar�s efforts in support of its initial public offering and listing on the New York Stock Exchange in June 2005. Mr. Babka�s 33-year career includes a wide variety of financial and operational management and executive positions with a concentration in telecommunications, including a long tenure at AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Concert. Prior to joining NeuStar, he was Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Indus International, a publicly-held service delivery management software company. Mr. Babka is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Dayton, and obtained his MBA from Manhattan College. He is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program, and obtained CPA certification in Ohio in 1974.
