Jeffrey A. Grossman, CPA, is a Managing Director in the New York office of American Express Tax and Business Services Inc. Mr. Grossman specializes in advising closely held businesses and their owners on minimizing overall tax burdens, with an emphasis on professional service firms. He also has extensive experience in the area of trusts and estates, and serves as an advisor to high-net-worth individuals and families and their trusts. He has participated as a technical lecturer at seminars sponsored by the New York Institute of Credit, the Foundation for Accounting Education and The Accounting Show. He is a former editor of the Estates and Trusts column of The CPA Journal. He has served on the NYSSCPA committees on Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates, Closely Held Corporations and Affiliated Corporations. Mr. Grossman received an M.S. in taxation from Pace University and a B.S. in accounting from St. John�s University. |
