Jeffrey A. Hesser is an associate in the firm's Chicago office where he concentrates his practice in the areas of general negligence and medical malpractice defense. Mr. Hesser has tried several matters to successful verdicts in the areas of medical malpractice, construction, and personal injury litigation. While in law school, Mr. Hesser served on the Arts and Entertainment Law Journal and was elected Justice of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Mr. Hesser was awarded the Daniel P. Ward Honor Scholarship for his service to DePaul University College of Law, its students and the Chicago community. He also received the Decalogue Foundation Scholarship for his continued contributions to the DePaul law students and the community. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Hesser was appointed to serve as District Justice of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, where he oversaw all Chicago-area law students and alumni chapter operations. In August, 2004, Mr. Hesser was elected to serve on its nine-member International Executive Board, overseeing the operation of this 240,000-member professional legal organization.
