Jeff is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Weingarten Realty Investors. In his present position he is generally responsible for all legal aspects of the shopping center and industrial portfolios (including acquisitions dispositions and new development) and all litigation matters.
Jeff joined Weingarten Realty on August 1 1978 and was appointed General Counsel in 1980 Vice President in 1984 and Senior Vice President in 1999.
Prior to joining Weingarten Realty Jeff practiced law in Cleveland Ohio from 1972 to 1978 first in private practice and subsequently as an employee of Forest City Enterprises Inc.
He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BBA in Finance and continued his education at the University of Michigan Law School where he received his J.D.
He is admitted to the State Bar of both Texas and Ohio and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. |
