Jeff Zappone specializes in the fields of restructuring, reorganization and turnaround management with specific expertise in the areas of crisis management, insolvency and bankruptcy. Mr. Zappone has provided these services to a wide range of industries including: automotive, transportation, metal machining, fabrication, processing and forging, commercial finance and leasing, and warehousing and distribution. He has advised debtors, customers, secured lenders, and creditor committees in both formal and informal environments. Prior to rejoining Conway MacKenzie & Dunleavy, Mr. Zappone was a Case Director with Glass & Associates, Inc. Additionally, he was formerly a Senior Associate with Conway MacKenzie and Dunleavy, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Gulf Northern Transport, Inc., Director of Finance for Joseph Land Group, Inc. and a Senior Consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Zappone is a Certified Turnaround Professional and a member of the Turnaround Management Association, American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Association for Corporate Growth. Mr. Zappone has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Westminster College and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh�s Katz Graduate School of Business.
