Jeff Bailey is a partner in the Business Services and Securities Groups, assisting clients with corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, periodic reporting, securities issuances and corporate financing matters. He represents financial institutions and businesses, both public and private, in numerous types of transactions in both primary and secondary financings, acquisitions, dispositions, securitizations, ESOP transactions, private placements of debt and equity securities, as well as general corporate law matters. He also has represented registered investment companies, investment advisors and broker/dealers. Mr. Bailey is former branch chief with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Indiana.
