Mr. Tweedy has practiced corporate law since 1967. He represents banks, corporations and individuals on an ongoing basis as they establish and develop their operations or investment interests in the United States. He is also active in the structuring and documentation of credit transactions for both lenders and borrowers, including secured and unsecured lending arrangements, trade and project finance. Mr. Tweedy has represented lenders in a wide variety of loans secured by real estate, including hotels, office buildings, apartment complexes and ranches throughout the Uited States.
