Jeffrey F. Brotman was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors in September 2006. Mr. Brotman was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of the Company in March 2006. Mr. Brotman has been affiliated at Ledgewood, a Philadelphia based law firm, since 1992, and was its president and managing member from 1995 until March 2006. He was a certified public accountant and is an adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he has taught since 1990. He was named the I. Grant Irey Lecturer in Law (a chaired lectureship bestowed each year upon a distinguished lecturer in the field of business and corporate law) for the 1996-97 and 2003-04 academic years. He was on the board of directors of The Turnaround Fund, a Portland based mutual fund, from its inception in 2003 until March 2006. |
