Jeff Robertson represents clients in high-stakes securities enforcement and litigation matters. These include SEC investigations, civil and administrative SEC litigation, securities class action, derivative and other litigation, arbitrations, FINRA and PCAOB investigations, and criminal inquiries by the Department of Justice and state attorneys general. He has successfully tried to verdict a number of cases brought by the SEC and has resolved numerous other matters on favorable terms.
Jeff also conducts internal investigations and advises public companies, audit and other board committees, executives and accounting professionals. Clients include public companies and their boards, accountants, individual officers and directors, lawyers, registered representatives, investment bankers, investment managers, and other financial services and securities market participants.
