Jeffrey H. Quinn is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. and the Managing Partner for the Philadelphia and New Jersey offices. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Civil Rights, Education Law, and Insurance Defense, with a particular emphasis in Employment Law. Mr. Quinn is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Quinn graduated from Dickinson College in 1981 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Education. He also possesses a Pennsylvania secondary teaching certificate. He received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986. Mr. Quinn is a frequent lecturer on employment-related issues such as sexual harassment and age discrimination.
