Jeffrey J. Kirk
Profile : Jeff Kirk is an associate in the Business Services and Sci-Tech Practice Groups at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, where he assists clients with corporate governance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and other matters relating to new business start-ups and venture capital finance. Mr. Kirk focuses his practice advising entrepreneurs on the legal and business aspects necessary to implement their commercialization strategies, including entity formation, raising capital, strategic collaborations, licensing technologies and other general corporate governance matters. Mr. Kirk received his juris doctorate from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 2002, and his bachelor of science in accountancy and finance from Miami University of Ohio in 1995. Prior to law school, Mr. Kirk worked at Bank One in its Corporate Audit and Retail Groups, where he performed internal consulting for the bank's consumer lending lines of business and structured mortgage- and asset-backed securitizations. During law school, Mr. Kirk worked as a law clerk at Bose McKinney & Evans. Jeff Kirk is admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana.
