Jeffrey Fleishmann is an associate in the firm's Commercial Finance Group. He represents financial institutions in cash-flow and asset based loans in both national and international settings. Prior to joining Goldberg Kohn, Mr. Fleishmann practiced in the areas of commercial litigation and creditors' rights. While attending the University of Memphis, Mr. Fleishmann served as the Editor-in-Chief of The University of Memphis Law Review. Among other honors, Mr. Fleishmann was the recipient of the Sam Myar Memorial Scholarship, the Robert and Elaine Hoffman Scholarship, and the Phi Delta Phi Professional Responsibility Award. Immediately following graduation, Mr. Fleishmann served as a Judicial Clerk to Judge Holly M. Kirby of the Tennessee Court of Appeals. Mr. Fleishmann is admitted to practice in Illinois and Tennessee. He is a member of the American Bar Association as well as the Chicago and Illinois Bar Associations. |
