Mr. Cheshier is a Partner of CF & Co., L.L.P, Certified Public Accountants and Consultants and leads our securities industry division. Jeff has twenty six years of public accounting experience principally in audits of broker/dealers in securities, investment advisors, mutual funds, individual and partnership, taxation, estate planning, oil and gas drilling programs and management consulting. Jeff is licensed to practice in Texas and Kansas. Jeff received his BBA in 1981 from Texas State University San Marcos. He joined CF & Co., L.L.P, in 1981. Jeff has also served as President and Compliance Officer of a broker-dealer in securities. He is a VEP member of the AICPA Stockbrokerage and Investment Banking Expert Panel. His in depth experience has given him valuable insight regarding the creation organizational structure and regulatory issues confronting the business owner. His large concentration of broker/dealer clients are located throughout the United States. Jeff is a member of the AICPA, TSCPA, the Dallas Chapter of TSCPA, CPAmerica International, Texas Farm Bureau and has served as a member of the Capital Market and Securities Conference Committee of the TSCPA. |
