Experience:
Mr. Dunetz represents commercial lending institutions, investment banks, insurance companies and borrowers in negotiating and documenting leveraged, cross-over and investment grade financings, mezzanine investments, secured and unsecured lending agreements, first/second lien financings, debt restructurings and workouts, debtor-in-possession financings, leveraged ESOPs and other financing transactions. The total transaction value of deals closed by Mr. Dunetz is approximately $65 billion.
The transactions worked on by Mr. Dunetz include both large capitalization and middle market financings. In addition, he has extensive experience in cash flow, asset-based and structured finance transactions. Mr. Dunetz has substantial experience in intercreditor matters, as a significant number of his transactions have involved both senior and subordinated capital, including mezzanine and second lien debt.
Mr. Dunetz has transactional experience in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunications, retail and natural resources. In addition, Mr. Dunetz has substantial cross-border finance expertise, including extensive experience in the perfection of security interests in a wide variety of assets, both domestic and international.
