Jeffrey M. Beyer, resident in the firm's Florham Park office, is an associate in the Insurance Practice Group. He joins the firm from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York.
Jeffrey focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation and general commercial litigation. His previous experience includes representing clients in complex antitrust litigation and transactional matters, collective bargaining negotiations, contract disputes involving professional athletes, and international arbitration regarding technology licensing.
In General. Jeffrey received his J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 2001. During law school, he served as a summer judicial intern for the Hon. Thomas C. Platt, Jr., U.S. District Court Judge, Eastern District of New York. He earned his A.B. in history from Dartmouth College in 1998.
Jeffrey is admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. |
