He also advises companies of all sizes in the areas of commercial business relations, governance and distressed debt investment. Mr. Zalkin represents traditional financial services institutions such as commercial banks, commercial finance companies while also giving his insights to public and private corporations and structuring certain commercial and estate affairs of high net worth individuals.
