Jeffrey Server has been involved in the real estate business in Chicago his entire professional career, possessing extensive experience in property development and management throughout the United States since 1964. From 1984 on, Mr. Server has been performing numerous tasks related to the commercial real estate holdings for Shell Development (the predecessor to Shell Vacations LLC), serving as President to Shell Properties Corporation. In 1997 he joined the vacation ownership development operations for Shell Vacations, and took the lead in that effort in 2002. Mr. Server�s responsibilities include property selection and purchase negotiation, due diligence, acquisition and development of new inventory for Shell Vacations, and the procurement of office and sales space for the Company�s operating divisions. |
