Jeffrey R. Cooke has more than 25 years of senior management operations, executive recruitment, business planning and organizational development experience with $160 million to $1.4 billion public and private companies serving various capital equipment, industrial products, consumer products, transportation and service industries.

Mr. Cooke also has provided senior consulting services for investment banking and executive recruitment with Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc. and Jonas, Walters & Associates, Inc., respectively.

Mr. Cooke has a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, a J.D. degree from Drake University, and an Executive MBA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is a Chairman with The Executive Committee (TEC).
