Mr. Harris is currently on the Board of Directors for Playtex. He is also a director of Apogent Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of life science and laboratory products. Prior to becoming a director of Apogent, Mr. Harris served as Vice President - General Counsel and Secretary of Apogent (then known as Sybron International Corporation). From 1985 until 1988, Mr. Harris served as Counsel and Assistant Secretary to Sybron. Mr. Harris joined Sybron in 1985 after having been in private practice with the law firm of Baker & Hostetler. |
