Jeffrey R. Joseph joined Kenyon & Kenyon as a summer associate in 2003 and is currently an associate in the San Jose office. Since joining Kenyon, Mr. Joseph has focused primarily on patent and trademark litigation, while also working on patent prosecution in the fields of semiconductor processing, microprocessor design, computer architecture, computer peripherals, and digital video processing.
While in college, Mr. Joseph did research in the field of microelectronics and worked in the electrical engineering department of Kellogg Brown & Root.
Mr. Joseph received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and J.D. at the University of Texas. |
