Jeff is a principal and consulting actuary with the Chicago office of Milliman. He joined the firm in 1993.
Experience
Jeff has over 20 years of experience consulting with clients on a wide range of retirement benefit issues, including plan design, funding, accounting, compliance, and communications. He has had extensive experience in dealing with various issues relating to defined benefit plans. Jeff's consulting experience includes actuarial valuations, assumption studies, asset/liability forecasts, benefit improvement studies, plan terminations, early retirement window programs, plan mergers, compliance with nondiscrimination regulations, and funding policy development.
Presentations and publications
Jeff has spoken at Enrolled Actuaries, Society of Actuaries, and firm meetings on various pension matters, including pension plan redesign, nondiscrimination testing, and client management and consulting skills.
