Jeffrey Makovicka joined Woods & Aitken in 2005, concentrating his practice principally to the representation of banks in transactional and general banking matters. He represents, and has represented, commercial lending institutions in connection with the structuring and documentation of secured and unsecured financing transactions, including both secured and unsecured credit facilities, single lender and syndicated credit facilities, asset based credit facilities, and loan workouts. In addition, his experience includes mergers and acquisitions and general company representation matters. Prior to attending law school, Jeffrey was a vice-president at a large Nebraska family-owned bank where he led the bank s securities services for greater Nebraska. After law school, he served as an extern law clerk to the Honorable William J. Riley and to the Honorable C. Arlen Beam of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
