Jeff represents public and private companies in buying and selling businesses. He also advises clients on business formation and general corporate matters, which includes representing clients in general commercial transactions and negotiating supply, purchase, service and lease agreements.
As part of his practice, Jeff is actively involved in drafting and negotiating merger agreements and asset and stock purchase and sale agreements. His experience also includes assisting clients in evaluating potential acquisition candidates.
Jeff has been a shareholder in McGrath North since 2001.
