Jeffrey S. Schiedemeyer is a Managing Director in the Chicago office of Duff & Phelps, LLC. Mr. Schiedemeyer provides corporate financial advisory services to clients on corporate valuation matters with respect to fairness opinions, leveraged ESOPs, and the sale of privately held companies and public and private company subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Mr. Schiedemeyer was with LaSalle Bank, N.A. from 1994 to 1998 and with Hewitt Associates from 1989 to 1993.
Mr. Schiedemeyer earned a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. in finance and management strategy from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he graduated with distinction. In addition, he was elected to the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.
Mr. Schiedemeyer is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, where he serves on the Advisory Committee of the Chicago chapter. He is also a member of the ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership, and the Business Valuation Association.
