Mr. Love�s practice includes patent litigation and trade secret, trademark, and copyright litigation. He has represented parties in cases in federal district courts in Oregon, Washington, California, Texas, Delaware, and New York, and in the Federal Circuit and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
Technical Expertise
Mr. Love has litigated patents in a wide variety of technologies, including Internet business methods, http protocols, digital rights management methods, digitizer pads, microprocessor circuits, safety glass and slot machines.
