Mr. Peterson is our founder and has been a director since March 2002. From March 2006 to November 2006, Mr. Peterson served as our Chief Technical Officer. From April 2002 to March 2006, Mr. Peterson served as our Chairman of the Board of Directors. From July 2005 to March 2006 and from April 2002 to March 2005, Mr. Peterson also served as our Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Peterson served in various roles with the Company, after founding the Company in 1997 as our President.
