In one acquisition, the due diligence work he performed resulted in a lower purchase price than the client otherwise would have paid.For the seller of a pump manufacturer, Jeff provided expert advice in a dispute over the purchase price adjustment based on net working capital that saved the client millions of dollars when the matter was settled in arbitration.With Jeff�s active support, the firm sponsors the German-American Business Circle to create an economic development infrastructure to attract and retain German companies in Pittsburgh.
