Jeff Rickman focuses his practice on employment litigation representing management, with a specific focus on disputes involving claims for benefits and breach of fiduciary duties under ERISA. He also has experience in traditional labor law, and has assisted clients with grievance resolution matters and in preparing cases for arbitration and litigation under the Railway Labor Act.
Jeff is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before all Georgia courts.
During law school, Jeff served as Editor-in-Chief of the Georgia State University Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Board. He has also published "Non-Compete Clauses in Georgia: An Economic Analysis," 21 GA. ST. L. REV. 1107 (2005).
