Jeff Sivertsen is the Vice President of Corporate Development for WorldDoc and focuses principally on strategic relations and strategic direction for the company. Jeff served as the chief operating officer for WorldDoc in 2004 and 2005. Jeff has a diverse professional background, with significant experience as an entrepreneur, consultant and as a lawyer. Prior to joining WorldDoc, Jeff was a founder, board member and chief operating officer of Found, Inc., an e-commerce software company. While at Found, Jeff oversaw day-to-day operations, was a key member of the capital raising team, negotiated strategic relationships and provided strategic direction for the company. Jeff helped raise and manage nearly $50 million in venture capital, and helped form strategic relationships with several Fortune 500 companies. Jeff helped grow the company from the original founding team to over 100 employees with offices in Salt Lake City, San Francisco and Chicago. Prior to his business endeavors, Jeff practiced law as a member of the corporate and securities group of Parsons Behle & Latimer, the largest law firm in the State of Utah. Jeff also practiced corporate and real estate law with Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Snell & Wilmer, based in Phoenix, Arizona. As a lawyer, he has counseled companies in a broad range of issues, including general corporate governance, transactional matters, and representing issuers and underwriters in a number of capital formation transactions involving public and private placements of equity and debt. Jeff is a member of the State Bars of Nevada and Utah. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University Of Utah College Of Law and a Bachelor of Science in accounting, with a minor in business management, from Brigham Young University. |
