Mr. Smith has more than 15 years of experience in the environmental consulting field. His current responsibilities include management of national operations for EBI Consulting's real estate group. Previously, Mr. Smith managed transaction screens, phase I environmental site assessments, characterization and risk assessments, underground storage tank closures, asbestos and lead paint surveys, voluntary cleanup program submittals, and third-party report reviews. Mr. Smith holds a bachelor's degree in biology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. |
