Jeffrey T. Ward, Director. Mr. Ward is currently a Principal at MedEquity Investors, LLC. Prior to joining MedEquity, Mr. Ward was a Vice President in the Healthcare Investment Banking group of PaineWebber Incorporated. Prior to joining PaineWebber, Mr. Ward was a Vice President of Acadian Asset Management, an international equity investment management firm.
