As a generalist labor lawyer for more than 25 years, Jeff Bell has represented both unionized and union-free employers in a wide variety of industries throughout the U.S. He has broad experience in dealing with union organizing attempts and elections, defending arbitration cases, and in helping clients develop effective strategies for remaining union-free. Jeff has helped national companies develop personnel policies for multi-state implementation and regularly counsels clients on labor and employment matters to help them reduce the potential for litigation. Jeff has extensive experience in negotiating labor agreements, particularly in the health care industry.
Jeff is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and is also AV� Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
