Jeff Guild concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate. He serves as national real estate counsel for a major international corporation regarding its real estate portfolio valued at approximately $1.5 billion dollars. He has acted as counsel for real estate developers in the development of retail shopping centers and apartment complexes, including land assemblage, securities offerings, lease reviews, financings, zoning, and land-use issues for projects having a value of approximately $750 million dollars throughout the eastern United States.
