Jeffrey Berson, CSA has over 18 years of experience in the evolving insurance industry, encompassing many disciplines in the Estate Planning, Lead Generation and Tax Reduction arenas. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Mr. Berson began his career in the industry as a life agent with Mutual Benefit Life Insurance Company of Hartford. After 9 years of personal production in the estate planning market, Mr. Berson was ready for a change of scenery, and accepted a position with a leading marketing company in San Diego, California. In his new capacity, Mr. Berson revamped the company�s training program for new agents, developing a teaching format that promoted agent product knowledge and advanced marketing concepts. In addition, Mr. Berson created a new workshop marketing system that is still being used by producers. Mr. Berson rose through the ranks to become President of ISN Network. As part of a rapidly-growing independent marketing organization (IMO), Mr. Berson has been a key developer, educator and promoter of proprietary programs. An accomplished workshop presenter, Jeff has focused his efforts on helping successful, independent agents understand complex tax-advantaged strategies and create more efficient marketing programs. Mr. Berson is widely recognized for his innovative lead generation systems. ISN Network has incorporated his concepts and ideas to help their associates increase production.
