Jeff brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to Mall Networks. As a General Partner of IDG Ventures Boston, Jeff has worked with many new start-ups to guide them through the company launch process. Jeff has served as an executive team member of three start-ups, including Upromise, the leading U.S. coalition loyalty program, where he was co-founder, President, Chief Operating Officer and Board Director. During Jeff's three-year tenure, he helped the company raise $100 million in venture capital, acquire three million members and scale to over 200 employees. Jeff holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Harvard University where he graduated magna cum laude and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar and a Ford Scholar. Jeff is author of "Ruling the Net", a Harvard Business Review article predicting the development of Internet commerce and serves on the board of an educational non-profit, Facing History and Ourselves.
