As Senior Vice President and COO Jeffrey Cassis is responsible for the management of numerous corporate divisions including engineering product and program management manufacturing materials management China operations logistics and facilities and quality. In addition he contributes substantially to the company's achievement of aggressive revenue projections monitors daily operations and bridges the crucial steps between product conception development and distribution. He brings more than twenty-five years of experience in serving the discrete manufacturing semiconductor and electronics industries.
Prior to joining Color Kinetics Mr. Cassis served as president and chief executive officer for Millennial Net a networking software company for wireless sensor and network applications. He was responsible for the strategic direction and general management of the company and successfully positioned the company for acquisition. Mr. Cassis also served as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Brooks Automation a provider of automation solutions and integrated subsystems to the global semiconductor and related industries. He held a number of senior management positions over his long tenure with Brooks serving as a key contributor to the company's growth in revenue. In addition Mr. Cassis served as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for FASTech (which was later acquired by Brooks Automation); Vice President Sales and Marketing for Intellution Inc.; and also held product marketing roles at Analog Devices Inc. and Foxboro Company. Mr. Cassis received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut Master's degrees in Environmental Engineering and Environmental Science from Yale University and a M.B.A. from Boston College. |
