Jeff Granger has over 20 years of experience in finance, operations and crisis management. Jeff's experience includes strategic planning, financial restructuring, cash management, materials management and production scheduling.
Jeff also has over 10 years of experience dealing with companies operating under various forms of court protection - both receiverships and bankruptcy proceedings. He regularly serves as a receiver and he has been involved in the bankruptcy process for entities in a variety of districts.
Companies that Jeff has worked with include a manufacturer and distributor of truck/wrecker bodies, a tier one automotive supplier, a leading provider of staffing solutions to the healthcare industry, a major specialty chemical packager, a long distance telecommunications company, a furniture design firm, a fuel pump manufacturer and a variety of other manufacturers and service providers. During these engagements Jeff has worked for the company, for the lender, and for the equity investor.
It is this wide variety of experiences that makes Jeff uniquely qualified to deal with distressed situations, and allows him to find the win-win results for all interested parties. He is known for his practical approach to managing the complexities of the insolvency situations proceedings, and his straight-forward method of dealing with all parties.
Prior to joining Focus Management Group, Jeff served as treasurer for a middle market, privately held specialty chemical manufacturer, and was an asset based lender.
Jeff earned an MBA for Georgia State University, and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Loyola University in Chicago.
