Jeffrey Halloran has over 20 years of experience in the fields of emerging digital technologies and telecommunications. Jeff is currently the Founder Chairman and CEO of Phantom Fiber Corporation (NASDAQ: PHFB) a publicly traded company specializing in advanced wireless enablement company which is experiencing rapid growth in the financial enterprise and gaming sectors.
Most notably Jeff was the founder and CEO of Relational Solutions Incorporated an international consulting firm specializing in Information Management and Strategic Information Planning. Relational Solutions' focused exclusively on Fortune 500 companies. In March 2000 Relational Solutions Inc. was acquired by Microforum a publicly traded company. Prior to starting Phantom Fiber Mr. Halloran was the CEO of Sona Innovations the consulting firm responsible for the successful deployment of the wireless banking application currently deployed at Royal Bank of Canada.
Mr. Halloran graduated in Business Administration and he has held executive positions at Oracle Corporation LGS and Microforum. Mr. Halloran has sat as a Director on other private and publicly listed companies chiefly in the Software and Services sector. He currently serves as a Director for the Council on Drug Abuse (CODA) in Toronto and is a member of the Board of Governors for Trafalgar Castle Girls School in Whitby Ontario. |
