Jeffrey Ingram is a registered resort professional (RRP) and 27-year hospitality veteran that has extensive experience leading the service aspects of the timeshare, whole-ownership vacation rental, and hotel industries. Mr. Ingram was educated at the University of Central Florida and has a B.S. in Business Administration. He began his career in hospitality in Central Florida's hotel industry, holding hotel management positions at Days Inn West, Marriott, and the Best Western. He then transitioned into the timeshare industry with Concord Condominiums and Vacation Homes as the Director of Owner Service/Call Center Sales for three years. After that he went to work for Westgate for the next 12 years as the Director of Owner & Developer Services and then the Director of Owner Relations. Mr. Ingram joined Celebrity Resorts in 2004 as the Assistant Director of Member Services. In 2005 he was promoted to Director of Member Services & Rental Operations and then named the Leader of Year by employee nomination. Under his leadership Member Services has experienced great success, servicing upwards of 80,000 families on an annual basis and adding new services for owner convenience and satisfaction. On the rental side of the business, Mr. Ingram's team has significantly increased revenues and even positioned Celebrity Resorts among the top five booked resort companies on Expedia and Hotels.com for more than five weeks running in 2006. In 2007 he was promoted to the executive team as the Vice President of Operations. His role now encompasses member servicing, rental operations, and resort operations. Mr. Ingram is also involved in many organizations that support the hospitality industry. He is on multiple committees of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), a member of SKALL, and a member of Expedia's Special Lodging Advisory Board. |
