Jeffrey E. Juszczak is Manager of Information Technology for Bridge Associates LLC. He joined Bridge in 2002 as a technology analyst. Mr. Juszczak specializes in data conversion, management and analysis, network management, network security and system design.
Representative Matters
Member of the Bridge team representing the monoline insurers in connection with the American Business Finance Services, Inc. bankruptcy. In that case, Bridge assisted the monoline insurers with the transfer of their insured portfolios from the Debtor to another servicer, Ocwen, Inc. and assisted the Debtor and other stakeholders in effecting the sale in May 2005 of the servicing rights for the insured portfolios by the Debtor to Ocwen, Inc. Mr. Juszczak provided IT support to the Debtor to enable it to keep its records available at all times to the transferee of the portfolios.
Member of the Bridge Team serving Epic Resorts, LLC, a timeshare resort development and management company with six resorts. Mr. Juszczak assessed security procedures and established a network for the remaining operations after substantially all assets were sold.
Member of the Bridge Wind Down Team serving Brill Media, a media holding company with approximately 12 radio stations and publisher of 24 local newspaper and buyer guides. Mr. Juszczak established a network and converted all critical information for the remaining operations after substantially all assets were sold.
Member of the Bridge Wind Down Team for Conseco Finance Corporation, a sub-prime lender and servicer of mortgage portfolios with assets of approximately $25 billion. Mr. Juszczak established a network and converted all critical information for the remaining operations after substantially all assets were sold.
Member of the Wind Down Team at Wickes Inc., a $450 million annual revenue supplier of building materials to the construction and home building industry. Mr. Juszczak transitioned accounting systems to a new application and established a network after substantially all operating assets were sold.
Member of the Bridge Wind Down Team for InaCom Corporation, a $5.9 billion reseller of computer services and hardware. Mr. Juszczak assisted the team in analyzing potential preference actions and developed analysis assisting the team in complex tax matters.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Bridge, Mr. Juszczak was employed by TransCom USA, Inc., a $300 million annual revenue distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, where he served as Pricing Manager. In this role, he was responsible for all pricing issues for 13 companies and 86 locations and a variety of information technology activities, including web-related programming. Mr. Juszczak was also a member of TransCom's Best Practices Committee and the Webmaster of the TransCom USA Pricing Intranet.
Before joining TransCom, Mr. Juszczak was Director of Information Technology for Phelps Holding Company, Inc., a distributor of heavy duty truck parts. In that role, Mr. Juszczak installed, maintained and administered all business applications.
