Jeff Kirchmann has a transactional real estate practice, with a particular emphasis on real property leasing. Mr. Kirchmann's broad experience includes all aspects of real estate practice, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, and property management. He also has experience in all phases of commercial litigation, from pre-trial through trial and appeals, including reported decisions in California and federal appellate courts. Mr. Kirchmann graduated cum laude from UCLA in 1974 with a B.A. in Economics. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1977, and his LLM from Golden Gate University in 2003. Mr. Kirchmann has long been involved in pro bono work and community service, and is currently Chair of the Planning Commission for the City of San Rafael.
