Jeffrey has more than 25 years of experience developing products that create or redefine industries. As chief scientist at TIBCO Software, he created TIBCO's MarketSheet real-time portal and helped develop the company's industry-leading Enterprise Application Integration software. One of the first 20 employees at Teknekron Software Systems, he was a founder of TIBCO Software when it was spun off in 1997, and was instrumental in growing the company to more than 1,500 people, guiding it through a successful IPO and working with the CEO to address new market opportunities. Prior to Teknekron, Jeffrey was a senior computer scientist with Advanced Decision Systems, where he developed software and implemented classified decision-support and planning projects for DARPA and other U.S. government agencies. Jeffrey also worked at New England Digital Corporation, developing real-time digital music production synthesizers and workstations used in the motion picture industry, and at Bolt Beranek and Newman, developing signal processing and information extraction software for sonar applications. Jeffrey holds a B.S. in applied mathematics from Brown University; a Masters of Science in engineering and applied sciences from Yale University; and a Sloan Executive MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He was also an instructor at Princeton University. |
