Jeffrey Whitehead is Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Internet Operations at Shutterfly, overseeing all strategic and operational aspects of the company�s website including systems, networks, data centers, and our extensive Image Archive of customer images. Jeffrey joined Shutterfly in 2005 through the acquisition of Memory Matrix Inc., the company he co-founded to develop advanced technologies in digital imaging.
An operations engineer with more than 12 years of technology and team leadership, Jeffrey was a Director of Operations with Shopping.com and had a leadership role in the initial implementation of services, operations budget, and overall operational architecture and processes. Prior to Shopping.com, Jeffrey was a key contributor to the design and operation of large scale web sites such as Netscape, Epinions.com, and Knowledge Universe.
