Jeffrey Zelikson has more than 30 years of experience in environmental policy development, management of environmental programs and expert consulting spanning the manufacturing sector and state and federal government arenas. After several years with the Exxon Corporation, Mr. Zelikson joined the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) as a charter member of that organization in 1971. His distinguished 25-year career with the USEPA involved a special four-year assignment as the Director of the Water Resources Division for the State of New Jersey, and 12 years as the Director of the Hazardous Waste Division for the USEPA's Western Regional Office.
Mr. Zelikson has been retained by dozens of major corporations to provide expert testimony and advice. His policy development and direct field and decision-making experience is particularly relevant to clients involved in matters related to disputes with government regulator agencies, insurance coverage for environmental damage, Superfund cost recovery and contribution actions, and other environmentally related disputes. |
