Jennifer McFarland joined the firm as the newest addition to our Project Solutions division. Prior to Southwest Search, she was a Staffing Manager with one of the largest Recruiting firms in Dallas. McFarland brings nine years of staffing experience to Southwest Search, which also includes three years of corporate recruiting for a financial services firm in Texas. Jen grew up in Southern California and attended Northwood University on an athletic scholarship for softball, where she majored in Business Management. |
