Description of Practice:
Jennie Lee is an associate in our San Francisco and Walnut Creek offices' labor and employment group, where she represents employers in state and federal court and before administrative agencies in a broad range of employment matters including employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful discharge, retaliation, defamation, and wage and hour claims.
She regularly advises and counsels employers on various employment issues, including discipline and termination, compliance with applicable state and federal employment and workplace laws. She drafts and revises employment policies and procedures, executive employment agreements, and employee handbooks.
Jennie also represent employers in corporate immigration matters. She has extensive experience in obtaining non-immigrant work visas, such as H-1B and L-1 visas, and employment-based immigrant visas for management, professional, and specialized skill employees.
Educational History:
Jennie received her J.D. from Loyola University of Chicago Law School in 1997. She received her B.S. from the University of San Francisco in 1993. |
