Jennifer Grippa concentrates her practice in the areas of business and construction litigation. She represents business owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and individuals in a variety of commercial, contract, construction, and partnership disputes. Ms. Grippa counsels clients in areas ranging from contract negotiations to disputes involving performance, delays, liens, and surety claims. She has both prosecuted and defended complex business litigation cases involving alleged breach of contract, fiduciary duties, fraud, and various business torts. Ms. Grippa has also handled construction and design defect cases involving structural, mechanical, electrical, subsurface water intrusion, and land development defects. She has extensive trial and appellate experience.
