Jennifer B. Herzog is an associate with the Firm's Corporate Practice Group in the Milwaukee office. Jennifer attended the University of Illinois College of Law, where she focused her studies on bankruptcy law. After graduating from the College of Law, cum laude, Jennifer served for two years as law clerk to the Honorable James E. Shapiro, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Upon completing her clerkship, Jennifer joined the Firm and now works with the Business Finance and Restructuring team. Jennifer works with clients to help determine the best means of protecting their assets and investments when engaging in business lending. Jennifer also assists clients in navigating their way through bankruptcy, receivership and restructuring. Jennifer stays close to consumer bankruptcy issues as a volunteer at the Milwaukee Bar Association Bankruptcy Help Desk, where she assists pro se debtors with their bankruptcy filings.
