Jennifer E. Schlatter completed her undergraduate study at the University of Colorado at Denver in 1994 and went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver in 1998. Ms. Schlatter focuses her practice on protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. In addition, Ms. Schlatter assists clients in entertainment-related matters. Ms. Schlatter�s practice also includes the representation of clients in the area of employment law, including litigation of discrimination, restrictive covenant litigation, and advising clients regarding various personnel and workplace issues.
