Ms. Sarvadi 's commercial trial practice includes creditors' rights, general commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Ms. Sarvadi represents clients in the litigation of commercial disputes, professional liability cases, issues involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act, collection efforts, securitization, bankruptcy matters, and defense of various tort claims in both federal and state courts. Ms. Sarvadi also represents litigants in appeals before Virginia and District of Columbia courts, as well as cases on appeal within the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Currently, Ms. Sarvadi serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at George Mason University School of Law teaching a seminar in Appellate Writing and Advocacy, and has previously taught Legal Writing.
